How to Register and Bid

The Hospitality Uncorked online silent auction begins Thursday, March 13 at 9pm PDT and closes Saturday, March 22 at 8:15pm PDT. Bid virtually by registering on any computer or mobile device.

RULES

  • You must be logged-in & registered to participate in the Silent Auction.
  • You must be registered AND purchase a ticket to participate in the Live Auction taking place at the Hospitality Uncorked event on March 22, 2025.
  • All Bidders participating in the auctions must be 21-years or older to bid and buy alcohol. Age verification will be required prior to shipping any alcohol. Shipping of alcohol is ONLY available in California. Shipping charges apply. Out of state winning bids on alcohol will be forfeited.
  • The Silent Auction OPENS on Thursday, March 13, 2025.
  • The Silent Auction CLOSES on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at 8:15pm.
  • All winning bids are final.
  • There will be no exchange or refund on items unless otherwise specified.
  • Please review your purchases prior to checking out.
  • Hospitality Uncorked reserves the right to remove or withdraw an item from the auction and/or sale.
  • Items shown are for illustration and promotion purposes only and may not accurately represent the actual items as listed.
  • No statements contained in the program or made orally at the sale or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation or assumption of liability.
  • You will have the option to check-out at the close of the auction.

Certificate Reminders:

  • Hospitality Uncorked is under no obligation to extend, modify or change items or restrictions on item certificates. Please read and review all listed conditions for specific details.
  • Unless otherwise stated, gift certificates exclude alcohol, tax, gratuity and service charges if applicable.
  • Reservations and/or dates for all getaways must be mutually arranged upon with listed donor.
  • It is recommended to make your reservations a minimum of 30-days in advance.

Can anyone participate in the Online Auction?

Yes, anyone can participate by visiting https://onecau.se/hu2025 however you must LOG IN and provide a credit card to Bid & Buy!

Must I be registered to participate in the online auction?

Yes, you must be registered; visit https://onecau.se/hu2025

Do I need to purchase a ticket to participate in the online auction?

No, tickets are not required to be purchased for silent auction participation; however, you must purchase a ticket and attend the Hospitality Uncorked event on March 22, 2025 to participate in the live auction.

May I pay by check or other methods of payment?

A credit card is required at registration, all “winning bids” must be paid in full prior to sending. If you are interested in other methods of payment, please email event@hospitalityuncorked.com.

How do I retrieve my winning items? Are they delivered, shipped or emailed?

Winning Bids will be notified and items will be shipped to the “registered” address unless Certificate is provided electronically, in which case it will be emailed and come from event@hospitalityuncorked.com. Items outside of the Southern California area will be subject to shipping costs.

How do I donate an item to the auction?

We are so appreciative of your generosity, if you are interested in participating in our Online Auction or our event in the future please email auction@hospitalityuncorked.com.

How do I start bidding?

Simply register (see above), watch HOW TO BID  Video.

How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?

You can select the heart icon on any item to add to your favorite. Any item you favorite or bid on will appear in “my items” so you can refer back to it. You can activate a text to send you a message when you have been outbid after you place your bid. You can also set an Auto Bid and set a max bid amount you wish to reach.

What do I do if I accidentally placed a bid?

AUCTION ITEM PICK UP GUIDELINES

AS A REMINDER: Silent Auction Closes Saturday, March 22, 2025 @ 8:15pm PDT

  • Items will be available for pick up the night of the event.
  • Instructions for pick up, electronic delivery or shipping will be sent to winners after the auction closes.
  • Your item(s) must be paid in full prior to arranging pick up, electronic delivery or shipping.
  • Pick up of items will be available during the Hospitality Uncorked event  on March 22, 2025 at the Auction Check Out area starting at 9:00pm. Additional pick up options and shipping arrangements can be made by emailing event@hospitalityuncorked.com.
  • A signature will be required along with a copy of your receipt.
  • Shipping and Handling will be charged via OneCause to the credit card on file.
  • All ‘winning’ items must be claimed by May 1, 2025 or item will be considered forfeited and will be used for future fundraising events.
  • Hospitality Uncorked and The Collins College of Hospitality Management is NOT responsible for items after pickup.
  • If additional shipping charges are required, a representative will reach out to you directly.
  • Please expect up to 2-weeks for delivery of winning bids.
