On March 23, 2013, the Southern California hospitality industry gathered to honor Caroline Beteta, president and CEO of Visit California, with the Robert Mondavi Wine & Food Award during Hospitality Uncorked 2013. More than $550,000 was raised that night to support The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona.
