Plans Changed, Hearts Did Not

For the first time ever, The Collins College of Hospitality Management and its Board of Advisors hosted Hospitality Uncorked virtually with a 10-day online auction and fundraiser, which raised more than $235,000 for Collins College students. The event was very different than our typical lavish in-person gala, but its purpose of raising funds to help Collins College students was more important than ever after a year like no other. Proceeds from Hospitality Uncorked 2021, including auction revenue and monetary donations, helps students continue on their path toward a degree and stay .

In keeping with the Hospitality Uncorked tradition of recognizing an inspirational industry leader, the college’s namesakes, Carol and James A. Collins were honored with the Robert Mondavi Wine and Food Award via Zoom for their legacy of philanthropy and longtime commitment to The Collins College.

With high hopes of an in-person gathering next year, we are excited to announce April 22, 2022 as the date for Hospitality Uncorked 2022. Mark your calendars!
