The Collins College of Hospitality Management hosted Hospitality Uncorked 2014 on Feb. 8, 2014 at the JW Marriott Los Angeles honoring Alan J. Fuerstman, CEO and Founder of Montage Hotels and Resorts with the Robert Mondavi Wine & Food Award. More than $500,000 was raised that night to support The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona.
